About Profile

With around 10 years’ experience in ecological consultancy, she has progressed from Assistant through Senior to Principal level and is particularly passionate about helping smaller and growing consultancies develop their ecology offering.

A key strength is her ability to support business growth. She has experience winning new work, developing client relationships, expanding client portfolios and identifying opportunities to broaden ecology services.

Alongside her commercial strengths, she remains technically experienced, undertaking protected species and habitat surveys and advising clients on practical avoidance, mitigation, compensation and enhancement measures. Her approach focuses on enabling projects to progress while achieving positive outcomes for biodiversity, including BNG. She also has particular experience and interest in the ecological requirements associated with Paragraph 84 developments.
