In 2024, I founded Ocean to Earth Recruitment to provide a thoughtful and sustainable approach to talent acquisition. Built on the values of integrity, respect and growth, the business supports organisations across ecology, environmental consultancy, landscape, geo-environmental, renewable energy, engineering, water and sustainability sectors.
