About the Role

Are you ready to take your ecological career to the next level? Our client, a well-established ecological consultancy, is seeking passionate Senior Ecologists to join their dynamic 28-strong team. With offices in London, Oxford, and Cambridge, you'll work on a wide variety of high-impact projects, helping clients achieve net gain and adhere to industry best practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead on exciting and diverse ecological projects
  • Develop your expertise across multiple ecological specialisms
  • Support clients in achieving environmental goals and best practices
  • Grow your career with extensive training and development opportunities

What They’re Looking For:

  • Degree in ecology or a related field
  • 5+ years of ecology experience, including project and team management
  • Strong field skills and knowledge of environmental legislation
  • CIEEM membership and a valid driving licence

Desirable Skills:

  • Postgraduate qualifications, protected species licences, or specialism in bats, birds, or GIS
