What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be leading projects from initial appraisal to delivery, including:

Preliminary Ecological Appraisals

Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA)
-
Habitat Regulations Assessments (HRA)
-
Mitigation strategy design and stakeholder engagement
-
Supporting junior team members through mentoring and leadership
-
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
-
Producing and reviewing high-quality technical reports
You’ll also play a key role in developing strong internal culture and helping shape future approaches to consultancy delivery.
What You’ll Bring

A strong background in ecological consultancy with solid field and reporting experience

Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholder engagement

Experience in HRA, mitigation planning, and working within planning frameworks
-
Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
-
Commitment to mentoring and developing junior staff
-
CIEEM membership (or working towards Chartership)
-
A full UK driving licence
