The Role
This is a varied and strategic position that will allow you to immerse yourself in both the delivery and leadership of impactful planning work.
You will:

Lead on LVA, LVIA, EIA and landscape strategy inputs for planning applications.

Drive projects from feasibility to delivery, ensuring quality, time and budget targets are met.

Work on a mix of rural and urban developments, often with a strong sustainability focus.

Collaborate with in-house specialists and external stakeholders to deliver well-rounded solutions.

Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal initiatives that shape the future of the practice.
What We're Looking For:
-
A degree in a relevant subject
-
6+ years' experience in landscape planning
-
CMLI status (or working toward it)
-
Strong report writing, communication, and project leadership skills
-
Confidence delivering LVIAs, LVAs, EIAs and mitigation strategies
-
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
-
A solid grasp of planning policy, landscape legislation, and due diligence
-
A full UK driving licence
Bonus if you also have:

Experience providing expert witness services

A passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of others

A track record of winning work and contributing to practice development
