  • Maintain the highest standards of reporting quality, client communication, and project delivery

  • Mentor and support junior and senior team members

  • Support business development and client retention, including tender and fee proposal preparation

  • Manage a diverse range of complex projects, timelines, and budgets independently

  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

  • Work collaboratively with senior management to drive strategic goals

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and ecological best practice

  • Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably required

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Full membership of CIEEM (or eligibility)

  • Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays
