The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join the Senior Management Team. Based near Exeter with stunning estuary views, you will:

Lead and deliver complex, high-profile ecological projects

Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team of ecologists

Build and strengthen relationships with clients and project teams across multiple sectors

Contribute to strategic growth and business development

What You’ll Need
-
Relevant degree in ecology or related discipline
-
Significant consultancy experience at senior levels
-
Proven team management and leadership experience
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Confidence preparing and reviewing technical reports (EcIAs, HRAs, BNG, ES chapters, EMPs)

Commercial awareness and aptitude for business development

Full CIEEM membership (Chartered status desirable)

Full UK driving licence
