About the Role

Ocean to Earth Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading forestry and environmental services provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Arboricultural Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take a lead role in the costing, planning, and management of arboricultural contracting projects.

The Role

As Arboricultural Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the delivery of arboricultural operations from initial quotation to completion.

  • Leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery.

  • Upholding safety standards in line with H&S, LOLER, and PUWER regulations.

  • Working closely with the Arboricultural Services Manager to help grow and develop the business.

About You

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Significant experience in the arboriculture sector.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • A methodical and organised approach to work.

  • Professionalism and a client-focused mindset.

  • The ability to maintain and enhance the company’s Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor status.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (trailer certification advantageous).

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in arboriculture.

  • Relevant NPTC certification.

  • Evidence of ongoing CPD and solid IT skills (Arb-Pro system experience beneficial).

Desirable

  • Lantra Professional Tree Inspector (PTI) qualification.
