🛣️ The Role

As a Transport Planner, you’ll support and lead on a variety of transport planning and infrastructure design projects. Working closely with professionals across offices nationwide, you’ll gain invaluable experience and be supported in your career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical reports such as Transport Assessments and Travel Plans

  • Use modelling and analysis tools (e.g. ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS)

  • Work with AutoCAD and Excel for transport planning and design tasks

  • Coordinate on national projects, managing your workload across sectors

  • Participate in hybrid working, with core office days in Sheffield


What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Geography, or a related subject

  • Ideally, 1–2 years' experience in Transport Planning

  • Clear communication skills—written, verbal, and technical

  • Strong organisational and relationship-building skills

  • Familiarity with transport planning tools and software

  • A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a dynamic team
