We’re on the lookout for a Senior or Associate Landscape Planner – someone who brings rigour, creativity, and a touch of the unexpected to every project.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a tight-knit, dynamic studio that punches well above its weight. The projects are stimulating and diverse – think countryside homes, wave parks, brownfield regeneration, and large-scale strategic developments including country parks. 🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is technically strong, full of initiative, and confident in challenging convention when needed. The right person will have:
Essential Experience:
-
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
-
4+ years as a Landscape Planner
-
Site appraisals and the ability to develop opportunities/constraints plans
-
Strategic and urban site planning experience
-
Deep knowledge of Green Belt, scenic landscapes, and EIA development
-
Collaborative mindset, including coordination with GIS and visualisation consultants
Desirable Extras:
-
Expert witness involvement (supporting or leading)
-
Knowledge of planning policy and tall building assessments
-
Comfortable attending client meetings and coordinating with stakeholders
-
Experience in mentoring junior colleagues
-
Confidence reviewing others’ work as well as your own

Commercial awareness and business development acumen
