Now, due to continued growth and exciting new project wins in Scotland, we’re looking for an experienced Flood Modeller / Hydrology Consultant to join their expanding remote team.

What You’ll Do

Lead and contribute to high-quality Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) in line with SEPA, local authority, and NPF4 requirements.

Undertake detailed hydrological analysis (WINFAP, ReFH2, FEH).

Develop and review 1D and 2D hydraulic models (Flood Modeller, ESTRY, TuFLOW).

Translate complex modelling outputs into clear, practical advice for clients.

Manage projects from concept to completion as part of a collaborative, distributed team.
What We’re Looking For

A degree in Geography, Environmental Management, Engineering, or similar.

4+ years of UK-based flood risk/hydrology experience.

Strong knowledge of recognised modelling packages and hydrological tools.

Experience working with SEPA and local authorities.

Excellent technical writing and client communication skills.
