About the Role
Ocean to Earth Recruitment is working with a long-established and forward-thinking environmental consultancy, and they’re looking for experienced Ecological Consultants and Senior Ecological Consultants to join their growing team.
The role
Our client delivers a wide variety of exciting projects, from baseline ecological surveys and detailed reports through to mitigation design, biodiversity net gain assessments and pioneering habitat banking initiatives. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative culture where you can make a tangible difference to the natural environment.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll need experience in ecological consultancy, including field surveys (habitat survey expertise is essential), reporting, and project management. Strong interpersonal skills are key, as you’ll be working closely with both clients and colleagues.
Other desirable (but not essential) qualities include:

A valid CSCS card

A full UK driving licence (essential)
