About the Role

Are you an ambitious Chartered Town Planner ready to take the next step in your consultancy career? Ocean to Earth Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established independent planning consultancy to find an Associate Planner to join their growing team in Hook, Hampshire.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Planner based in Hook, you'll play a pivotal role in leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of both the business and junior members of the team. The office has a strong reputation across the South East and is continuing to grow, making this a prime opportunity for a driven planner looking to make an impact.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion

  • Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeals

  • Represent clients at committee meetings and public inquiries

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Contribute to business development and mentoring junior staff


What You’ll Need

  • MRTPI Chartered Town Planner

  • Solid experience in consultancy or development

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Strong commercial awareness

  • Full UK driving licence (exceptions considered)
