This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional who wants to play a key role in delivering impactful land development and remediation projects that truly make a difference to people and planet.

The Role

As an Associate, you’ll take on a leadership role, helping to manage and deliver environmental solutions across complex land development, assessment, and remediation projects. Your expertise will guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading site investigations, contaminated land assessments, and risk assessments.

  • Designing and implementing remediation strategies for development sites.

  • Providing technical leadership on soil and groundwater analysis, pollutant linkages, and regulatory compliance.

  • Overseeing project delivery, ensuring time, quality, and budget objectives are met.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.

  • Preparing and reviewing technical reports (Phase I & II assessments, remediation method statements, validation reports).

  • Supporting business development, tenders, and identifying new opportunities.

About You

We’re looking for a collaborative and technically strong professional who can inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike.

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related discipline.

  • 8+ years’ experience in geotechnical or geo-environmental consultancy.

  • Strong background in land contamination, remediation, and project management.

  • Knowledge of contaminated land regulations and remediation strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills with proven client and stakeholder engagement experience.

  • Chartered status (CEnv, CGeol, CSci) or working towards it is highly desirable.
