About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team delivering landscape-led solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK. The role offers exposure to both strategic and detailed design work, alongside masterplanning, landscape and visual impact assessment, and public realm design.
You will work as part of an integrated team of Landscape Architects, alongside specialists in architecture, ecology and arboriculture, contributing to projects where design quality and environmental outcomes are closely aligned.
The role
You will play a key role in supporting project delivery and contributing to the continued growth of the landscape team. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and contributing to landscape design from concept through to detailed stages
- Supporting or delivering masterplanning work
- Undertaking Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and contributing to landscape planning
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive project outcomes
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of technical capability, creativity and collaborative mindset:
- Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience
- Strong experience in concept and detailed landscape design
- Experience in LVIA and landscape planning
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software, with tools such as Vectorworks, Lumion, LSS or GIS advantageous
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal and graphic formats
- Ability to lead elements of projects and support junior colleagues
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
Salary
- Up to £45,000, depending on experience
- Discretionary bonuses paid in addition
