  • Relevant degree (BSc/BEng) in Earth or Environmental Sciences; MSc or postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • UK driving licence required.

  • Flexible 37.5-hour working week with time off in lieu/overtime arrangements for work-life balance.

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience).

  • Company pension contribution (4% of salary).

  • Health and wellbeing allowance (£35 per month towards qualifying activities).

  • Annual profit share, with profits distributed between staff bonuses, community projects, and business development initiatives.

  • A supportive culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, professional development, and community engagement.
