As a Landscape Planning professional, no two days will be the same. You’ll take responsibility for producing high-quality reports while maintaining close client relationships—ensuring projects remain on budget, on schedule, and, most importantly, exceed expectations.

Your role will be pivotal in integrating landscape considerations into our client’s development plans. From initial project proposals and bid preparation to finalizing essential planning documents, you’ll be involved every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include Landscape and Visual Appraisals (LVA), Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Opportunities and Constraints Assessments, Management Plans, Method Statements, Green Infrastructure (GI), and Landscape Strategies. But it’s not all paperwork—we want you to connect with clients, foster strong relationships, and even secure your own projects!

What we’re looking for:

  • A relevant academic qualification

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Experience conducting field surveys

  • A solid understanding of legislative and planning policy frameworks

  • Experience engaging with clients, statutory bodies, and local planning authorities (LPAs)

  • Excellent project management abilities

  • A proven track record in business development and securing your own projects

  • A collaborative team player and experienced Landscape Architect who aligns with our values

  • A commitment to excellence

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • A full UK driving licence
