What you’ll be doing

  • Leading on Landscape & Planning deliverables, especially specialising in LVIA (Landscape Visual Impact Assessment).

  • Working across the UK planning system with confidence— guiding schemes through the planning stage, preparing robust documentation and presenting compelling design narratives.

  • Collaborating with multi-discipline teams (Ecology, Arboriculture) to deliver holistic solutions.

  • Contributing to growth of the business and helping to shape the future of the practice.


Key requirements

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).

  • A minimum of ~3+ years' industry experience, ideally with strong exposure to planning and LVIA work.

  • Proven track record of delivering robust LVIAs and navigating the planning system.

  • Full UK driver’s licence and access to your own transportation.

  • Strong communication, teamwork skills, and design flair.
