What you’ll be doing
-
Leading on Landscape & Planning deliverables, especially specialising in LVIA (Landscape Visual Impact Assessment).

Working across the UK planning system with confidence— guiding schemes through the planning stage, preparing robust documentation and presenting compelling design narratives.

Collaborating with multi-discipline teams (Ecology, Arboriculture) to deliver holistic solutions.

Contributing to growth of the business and helping to shape the future of the practice.
Key requirements
-
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
-
A minimum of ~3+ years' industry experience, ideally with strong exposure to planning and LVIA work.

Proven track record of delivering robust LVIAs and navigating the planning system.
-
Full UK driver’s licence and access to your own transportation.

Strong communication, teamwork skills, and design flair.
