  • Act as a key communication link between teams, stakeholders, and clients

  • Prepare reports, updates, and presentations on project performance

  • Identify risks or issues early and escalate where necessary

  • Support resource planning, fieldwork logistics, and meeting coordination

  • Contribute to improving internal project processes and workflows

About You

You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll enjoy collaborating with others and communicating clearly across teams and stakeholders.

Key skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Confident engaging with clients and senior stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Interest in environmental or ecological consultancy work

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or support role

  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

  • Understanding of environmental regulations or ecological surveys

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive annual leave package (including additional leave around Christmas and your birthday)

  • Flexible working arrangements (home/office split)

  • Enhanced maternity and paternity packages

  • Training budget and ongoing professional development

  • Pension scheme and life assurance options

  • Paid volunteer days and employee wellbeing initiatives

  • Opportunity to work on diverse, meaningful environmental projects

  • Supportive team culture with regular company events
