Principal Arboriculturalist
Meet Our Recruiter
About the Role
Ocean to Earth Recruitment is delighted to be representing a respected multidisciplinary environmental consultancy in their search for a Principal Arboriculturalist to take the lead in their arboriculture services.
This is a rare opportunity to step into the most senior arboriculture role in the business, working closely with senior leadership to manage and develop the service offering. Initially, you’ll be working largely independently, supported by one junior team member, with the scope to build and lead a larger team over time.
The ideal candidate will be confident delivering their own surveys and reports while providing leadership and technical oversight. While graphic support is available, this is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the practical and strategic aspects of arboriculture.
The Role
-
Lead and manage arboricultural projects from inception to delivery
-
Carry out and oversee Health & Safety and BS5837 tree surveys, AIA and AMS reports

Support the professional development of junior colleagues
-
Over time, grow and shape the arboriculture team to meet client demand
