About the Role

Our client is an international landscape architecture, urban design, and masterplanning consultancy with an extensive portfolio of landmark projects across more than 60 countries. Their award-winning team delivers landscapes of exceptional beauty and meaning — from tropical resorts and luxury residential communities to civic spaces, heritage destinations, and large-scale masterplans.

As they continue to expand their global presence, they’re seeking talented Landscape Architects and Senior Landscape Architects to join their London studio.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a vibrant, design-led team in the heart of London — where you’ll hone your creative and technical skills, collaborate on world-class international projects, and travel to some of the most inspiring destinations on the planet.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the design and delivery of landscape architecture and masterplanning projects from concept to construction.

  • Create compelling, context-sensitive designs rooted in ecology, culture, and place.

  • Develop concept visuals, technical drawings, planting designs, and 3D models to communicate design intent.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — architects, engineers, ecologists, and clients — across global projects.

  • Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and international site visits.

  • Integrate sustainability and climate-resilient strategies into every design stage.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

  • 5–10+ years’ professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or masterplanning.

  • Proven design flair combined with strong technical and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to coordinate across global teams.

  • A passion for creating timeless, sustainable, and meaningful landscapes.

  • ✴️ Experience in hospitality or luxury design sectors is highly desirable.

  • Willingness to travel internationally to contribute to projects on-site.

Why Join

  • Contribute to globally recognised, design-driven projects of exceptional quality.

  • Join a dynamic and growing London studio within an established international network.

  • Work in a creative, collaborative, and supportive culture that values design excellence.

  • Access career progression, professional development, and mentorship opportunities.

  • Engage with extraordinary global landscapes and communities, making a lasting impact.
