About the Role

Ocean to Earth Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing and highly regarded landscape architecture practice. Our client is known for its excellent mentoring culture, strong career progression pathways, and an outstanding pipeline of diverse projects. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Landscape Architect with 1–3 years’ professional experience to join their collaborative team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of high-quality projects, including:

  • Commercial and residential developments

  • Public realm and urban design schemes

  • Educational projects, including independent schools

  • Prestigious institutional work, including colleges associated with Oxford and Cambridge

You will gain exposure to all stages of the design process and have the chance to collaborate with leading architectural and design practices, as well as ambitious, forward-thinking clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the design and delivery of landscape projects from concept through to construction

  • Producing high-quality drawings, visuals, and technical information

  • Assisting with planning submissions and detailed design packages

  • Working closely with senior team members, consultants, and clients

  • Developing your skills through hands-on project involvement and structured mentoring

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a UK-based landscape architecture practice

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or similar software is beneficial)

  • A strong design sensibility and technical understanding

  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to progress your career within a supportive environment
