What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in helping to grow an established landscape planning team while leading projects from inception through to delivery.

Your work will include:

• Leading Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), landscape character assessments and sensitivity studies.

• Advising clients throughout the planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process.

• Managing projects across sectors including energy, infrastructure, residential and protected landscapes.

• Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

• Building trusted relationships with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

About You

You'll already have a strong background in UK landscape planning and enjoy combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving.

You're likely to be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute with experience delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and a good understanding of the UK planning system.

Just as importantly, you'll enjoy working with people. Whether that's mentoring colleagues, developing client relationships or helping to shape the direction of projects, you're someone who values collaboration as much as technical quality.

Location & Flexibility

This role can be based from either the Manchester or Leeds studio and is available on a full-time or part-time basis. Hybrid working and flexible hours are fully supported, helping you balance your career with life outside work.
