  • Manage client relationships, delivering tailored, results-focused solutions

  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, fostering leadership, inclusion, and continuous learning

  • Contribute ideas to help shape the consultancy’s growth and innovation

About You

Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in ecology, environmental science, or related subject

  • 3+ years’ ecological consultancy experience

  • Strong project management and client liaison skills

  • Demonstrable survey skills, technical knowledge, and high-standard report writing

  • Full driving licence and access to transport

Desirable:

  • Protected species licence(s)

  • FISC Level 4 (or equivalent)

  • Full or associate CIEEM membership

Why Join?

  • A culture that champions recognition and reward, adaptability and resilience, and empowering our people

  • Hybrid, flexible working to support your work-life balance

  • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including TOIL, bonus scheme, profit share (eligibility applies), healthcare, pension, and cycle-to-work scheme
