The Role

As an Associate Planner, you’ll lead and manage a varied portfolio of projects, provide strategic planning advice, and play a key role in developing client relationships and business opportunities across the region. This is an ideal position for someone looking to take ownership of their work, lead projects from start to finish, and help shape the growth of a successful planning practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver planning projects through all stages

  • Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeals

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Mentor junior members of the team and support their development

  • Represent clients at committee meetings, hearings, and appeals

  • Contribute to business development and company growth


About You

  • Chartered Planner / Full RTPI Member

  • Broad and well-rounded planning experience

  • Commercially aware with a consultancy or development background

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Full UK driving licence (exceptions considered)
