🧭 The Role
As Team Leader, you will lead a regional team of technical specialists, overseeing the successful delivery of consultancy projects while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Key responsibilities include:

Team leadership & development – ensuring a collaborative, motivated environment across a geographically dispersed team

Project & client management – leading the delivery of high-quality services from bid stage to completion

Operational oversight – budget management, resource allocation, and ensuring project quality

Business development – supporting growth across the Wales & West portfolio
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to help shape the future of the organisation while ensuring outstanding outcomes for both clients and the natural environment.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused professional who is confident leading remote teams and thrives in a consultancy setting.
You’ll bring:

Strong experience managing teams and supporting professional growth

Background in consultancy – environmental or ecological expertise is beneficial, but not essential

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Solid understanding of project design, delivery, and client relationship management
-
A strategic and proactive mindset, with a genuine passion for environmental impact

Salary of £45,000–£50,000, depending on experience
