About the Role
Senior / Principal Landscape Architect
The Opportunity
If you're an experienced Landscape Architect looking for the opportunity to work on nationally significant projects, influence environmental outcomes and play a leading role in the delivery of complex infrastructure schemes, this could be an excellent next step.
We're working with a highly regarded environmental and planning consultancy seeking a Senior or Principal Landscape Architect to join their growing team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with strategic thinking and wants to be involved in projects that genuinely shape the future of the built and natural environment.
The Company
This multidisciplinary consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality environmental, planning and design services across some of the UK's most complex development and infrastructure projects.
Their landscape team is involved in a wide range of work, from major infrastructure and renewable energy schemes through to strategic development projects, providing opportunities to work alongside respected specialists across planning, ecology, environmental assessment and design.
The culture is collaborative, supportive and built around professional trust, giving experienced professionals the freedom to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop their careers.

About You
You'll be a Chartered Landscape Architect with at least five years' professional experience and a strong understanding of landscape planning and assessment.

Experience of major infrastructure projects, strong technical communication skills and proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, GIS and visualisation software will all be valuable.
An interest in, or experience of, expert witness work would be particularly attractive but is by no means essential.
