Senior Ecologist
Meet Our Recruiter
About the Role
At Ocean to Earth Recruitment, we love partnering with consultancies that break the mould. This is one of those rare gems — a business where innovation, energy, and community are more than just buzzwords. They live it, breathe it, and hire for it.
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Ecologist to join a consultancy that’s doing things differently. This is your chance to elevate your ecology career in a place where your ideas matter, your wellbeing is prioritised (hello, 3-day weekends!), and your work really means something.
🌟 Why This Consultancy?
Because they’ve created a workplace that’s anything but conventional:
✅ 4-day working week – full-time salary, one less day at your desk
✅ An open, collaborative culture where everyone contributes ideas
✅ Innovation is encouraged — the path less travelled is often the one taken
✅ People-first, always — support, wellbeing, and genuine connection come first
You’ll join a friendly, cross-disciplinary team working across ecology, arboriculture, and landscape — with big ambitions and a bigger heart.
🌿 The Role
You’ll be a senior voice in the ecology team — leading projects, mentoring junior consultants, and driving high standards.
