This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects alongside landscape and arboricultural specialists, helping to deliver sustainable, nature-led solutions across the UK.

The Role

  • Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs)
  • Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIAs)
  • Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRAs)
  • Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments
  • Protected species surveys, licensing and mitigation
  • Project management and client liaison

About You

  • Experience delivering and managing ecological projects.
  • Strong knowledge of UKHab, EcIA and UK planning legislation.
  • Excellent report writing and project management skills.
  • Membership of CIEEM, ideally working towards Chartership.
  • Protected species licences, although these are not essential.
  • A passion for mentoring others and building lasting client relationships.

What's on Offer?

  • Hybrid and flexible working
  • Varied and high-profile projects
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Excellent career progression and professional development opportunities
