The consultancy operates in a fast-paced but highly supportive environment, where collaboration and technical excellence go hand in hand.

About You

We are seeking a well-rounded, motivated and technically capable ecological professional who brings:

  • Experience using DEFRA Biodiversity Metrics

  • Proven report writing skills (Ecological Assessments, EIA, sHRA)

  • Confidence liaising with clients and statutory consultees

  • Project management experience across schemes of varying scale

  • Strong IT capability including Microsoft Office and QGIS

A full UK driving licence is required due to project locations.

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Team members consistently highlight the supportive environment and the opportunity to grow their expertise.
