The Role

Location: Hertfordshire (with flexibility to work from offices in the South East, South West, and North of England, as well as hybrid working)

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Landscape Architect with a passion for landscape planning and design to join a collaborative practice working alongside ecologists, masterplanners, and heritage specialists.

You will demonstrate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A good eye for design and attention to detail

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team of Landscape Architects

  • Confidence managing a varied workload with guidance and support

  • A proactive, hard-working approach and willingness to take on new challenges

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AutoCAD experience desirable)

  • Chartered or working towards Chartered status with the Landscape Institute (full support provided for Pathway to Chartership)

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use

What’s on Offer

Our client places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, flexibility, and long-term career development. The benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary

  • Flexible working with core hours

  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days per week from home)

  • Performance-related and profit-share bonus scheme

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service

  • Enhanced pension contributions

  • Mobile phone allowance

  • Cycle to work scheme

  • Professional subscription fees paid

  • Employee wellbeing support, including an Employee Assistance Programme

  • Paid overtime for out-of-hours work

  • Funded social events and annual staff trips
