In this role, you will provide expert guidance across a broad range of species and market sectors, delivering innovative, large-scale habitat creation, mitigation, and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) projects. • Ensure financial and commercial performance of the consultancy team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive ecological consultancy experience at a senior level.

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.

  • Proven track record in project management and business development.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK ecology legislation and licensing.

  • Full CIEEM membership (or working towards chartered status) and a full UK driving licence.

What’s on Offer:

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

  • Paid overtime or Time Off in Lieu (TOIL).

  • Enhanced company pension, private healthcare, and life assurance.

  • Personal training budget and career development support.

  • Employee perks, including staff appreciation events and a wellbeing programme.
