  • Paid overtime

  • Time Off in Lieu (TOIL), allowing for extended periods of leave

  • Employee Assistance Programme

  • Extensive training and professional development support

  • Clear progression pathways through Consultant, Senior, and Principal grades

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing high-quality arboricultural reports to support planning applications, utilities, and tree risk management

  • Supporting Local Authorities, charities, and private sector clients

  • Acting as Arboricultural Clerk of Works on site

  • Carrying out tree protection audits and providing site-based advice

  • Supporting the scoping, costing, and delivery of projects

  • At Principal level, contributing to mentoring, quality assurance, and strategic project input

You will be supported by experienced senior colleagues and a structured training programme to help you succeed in your role.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • A minimum NQF Level 4 qualification in Arboriculture (higher qualifications welcomed)

  • Strong written communication skills, including report writing and professional correspondence

  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach

  • Competency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

  • Willingness to engage with modern technology and digital workflows

  • A full UK driving licence
