About the Role

Ocean to Earth Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected, award-winning environmental consultancy in their search for a Consultant or Senior Ecologist with strong skills in botany and habitat assessment.

Our client is a CIEEM Registered Practice known for delivering high-quality work and fostering a genuinely supportive, people-first culture. They’re now looking to expand their team with a driven ecologist who wants to make a real impact on biodiversity and land management across the UK.


🔍 Who we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in ecological consultancy

  • Excellent UK habitat and botanical ID skills (FISC Level 3+ desirable)

  • Experience using the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) statutory metric

  • Strong report writing abilities with a sharp eye for detail

  • A collaborative mindset and passion for nature
