The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying and converting new opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring the business remains the partner of choice for asbestos-related services across the UK.
This is a hands-on, strategic position suited to someone who thrives on both relationship building and results.
Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships across all levels.

Identifying new business opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.

Leveraging your technical understanding of asbestos services to offer tailored solutions.

Supporting strategic growth plans through commercial insight and market awareness.

Working closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction from first contact to project completion.
About You
You’ll bring a balance of industry knowledge and commercial drive, along with the confidence to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
What we’re looking for:

3+ years’ experience within the asbestos management industry (essential).

Proven background in sales, business development, or client-facing asbestos delivery.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.

Confident using CRM and MS Office tools.
This role will suit someone who enjoys engaging with clients and seeing the tangible results of their efforts.
