Are you a proactive Administrator looking for your next challenge? Our client, an employee-owned, carbon-neutral architecture practice, is seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join their Bristol office.

The Role: You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the studio, providing vital support to design, finance, HR, IT, and marketing teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling meetings, booking travel, and assisting with HR and project queries.
  • Preparing reports, handling invoices, and updating client and project information.
  • Supporting Regional Directors and coordinating day-to-day studio activities.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to your work.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with project financial software and Adobe InDesign is a plus.
