About the Role:

Our client works across diverse sectors, including residential, urban regeneration, infrastructure, and conservation, managing projects like biodiversity net gain delivery and green infrastructure. You’ll be part of a 45+ ecology team that values collaboration and professional growth. Hybrid working is available, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to varied projects using your survey, assessment, and reporting skills

  • Provide clear, practical advice to clients on planning and licensing

  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring quality and budget control

  • Communicate findings through detailed reports and proposals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in a relevant ecology discipline

  • Eligibility for CIEEM membership (Chartered status advantageous)

  • Proven experience designing and delivering ecological schemes

  • Desirable: advanced botanical surveys, biodiversity net gain strategies, or a protected species licence (e.g., Level 2 bat)

  • Strong project management and teamwork skills
