As they continue to expand their presence in Telford, they’re seeking a Senior Landscape Architect who shares their values and vision – someone who’s passionate about shaping places that work for communities, biodiversity, and future generations.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of landscape projects from concept to completion

  • Engage with clients, communities, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative and practical solutions

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive and positive team environment

  • Oversee project management including programmes, budgets, and quality assurance

  • Produce compelling visuals, reports, and technical documentation

  • Champion sustainable, inclusive, and resilient design practices


What We're Looking For:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)

  • Minimum 5 years post-chartership experience, ideally in consultancy environments

  • Strong design flair backed by solid technical delivery skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Revit, SketchUp or GIS

  • A genuine passion for people-first, environmentally led design
