We're seeking consultants that are dedicated to ensuring the success of offshore wind developers in securing sea bed licenses and offtake contracts through meticulous analysis of economic, environmental, and skills development impacts.

In a fiercely competitive global market, this business stands out by offering tailored strategies and services to navigate the complexities of project development, procurement, construction, and operation. As an integral part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute the strategic vision, identifying key markets and cultivating meaningful engagements worldwide.

Ideal candidates will bring a wealth of strategic experience, coupled with a deep understanding of the wind industry. 

Your role will encompass:

  • Leading project delivery for clients, overseeing client relationship management, project management, research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identifying and cultivating business opportunities while nurturing client relationships.
  • Managing team members to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion, potentially including line management responsibilities.
  • Contributing to the formulation and execution of our strategic initiatives, exploring avenues for market influence and expansion globally.
  • Collaborating closely with team members in a supportive, dynamic environment.

We're looking for individuals who possess:

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years in strategic roles, demonstrating expertise in strategy development and planning, ideally within management consulting or similar fields.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in the wind industry or a related infrastructure sector, spanning project development, supply chain, consulting, or public sector roles.
  • A robust network of contacts within the wind industry.

Expertise:

  • Proven ability and motivation to guide senior client staff in strategic decision-making and drive consulting sales.
  • Capacity to manage multiple concurrent, complex projects across diverse clients and geographical locations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and support team members to achieve excellence.
  • Proficiency in numeracy, analytics, and communication (both verbal and written), including fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Quick adaptability to varying project requirements and schedules.
