  • A track record of producing and reviewing high-quality technical reports and promoting team improvement through clear and constructive feedback.
  • Up-to-date expertise in Biodiversity Net Gain, Biodiversity Impact Assessment, UKHAB survey methodology, and DEFRA metric calculators.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team in producing exceptional work, including reviewing reports and providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to develop networks, promote the business, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Drive business development, contributing to identifying, bidding for, and securing new work.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to resolve conflicts, navigate challenges, and support all stakeholders effectively.
