Your Role Will Involve:

🔹 Leading strategy and market entry projects for major renewable energy players.
🔹 Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering impactful insights and solutions.
🔹 Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
🔹 Managing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering leadership and collaboration.
🔹 Developing industry knowledge databases, transforming data into valuable insights.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years (Managing Consultant) / 8+ years (Associate Director) in renewable energy, wind, or strategy consulting.
✔️ Strong background in market strategy, business consulting, or management consulting.
✔️ Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and project delivery.
✔️ Leadership skills—comfortable guiding teams, coaching, and driving performance.
✔️ Passion for renewable energy and a drive to shape the future of the industry.
