About the Role
Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director to manage planning projects. Their services include strategic planning, environmental impact assessments, and planning appeals across sectors like residential, commercial, and infrastructure. You'll oversee project delivery, mentor junior staff, and lead business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large planning submissions, appeals, and strategic development.
- Build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the team.
Requirements:
- Chartered RTPI member with extensive planning experience.
